Jeff Pincin, LPCMH
Jeff has been a therapist since 2017 after graduating from Wilmington University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and then started Delaware Therapy Services in 2019. He has significant training and experience treating OCD, anxiety, BFRBs, Obsessive-Compulsive-Related disorders, and depression. Jeff is a board member of the IOCDF Delaware Affiliate.
Jeff experienced obsessions and compulsions as a kid and engaged in excessive rituals every day. He worried that he was just weird and never told anybody about these rituals, so he suffered in silence. Once Jeff learned about ERP, he realized others do not have to suffer through OCD. He takes pride in being able to help others disengage from intrusive thoughts, break the cycle of giving into compulsions, stop living by the fear of uncertainty, and embrace the freedom of living life instead of thinking about how to live life. Jeff lives in Newark, Delaware and enjoys woodworking, playing music, and spending as much time as he can with his wife, son, and daughter.
Jacob Lester, LMSW — Available Fall 2025
Jacob believes that therapy, at its best, is an experience. Utilizing a combination of Exposure-Based, Experiential, and Emotion-Focused modalities, Jacob strives to provide therapy with the power to bring about change. This may mean facing fears, feeling and processing stuck emotions, or having an “ah-ha!” moment of realization about yourself. Therapy is often uncomfortable, but Jacob believes it is through discomfort that we bloom into something greater. Jacob’s lived experiences with OCD and other clinical issues fuel his passion for treatment and contribute to his guiding principle for therapy: to make every client feel understood and not alone.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University. In addition to years of study and practice in mental health he has previously worked in education, social services, and the Maryland public library system. He is passionate about proper diagnosis and intervention; particularly within the OCD community where diagnosis and treatment are too often delivered with imprecision. Outside of the therapy room, you may find Jacob painting and playing Warhammer 40k at a local game shop with some of his close friends. He lives in Pike Creek, DE with his husband and a house full of plants and pets.
